Wyatts Musical Americana email?

Post by kirtley2012 »

I'm looking to get a cygnet horn crane from Wyatts, they say on the website they have an email address for international customers, but I can't find this anywhere, I can't call to the US, is anyone able to PM me that email address?

Cheers

Try a voice call from Skype - it's cheap and works well - it can call to land lines

I agree, like me, Wyatt's Musical Americana don't really like the online world much, so a call to them is good, they are helpful and are on Pacific time. Skype works

They say they have an email available but I am not finding it either. If you'd like me to call them for you PM me with exactly what you are after and I'll see if I can muck this up for you. ;)

Dwayne is pretty much on his own at this point, so please be patient and tolerant. Be sure to pay attention to the timings on the outgoing message if he doesn’t answer, and call at the times specified.

He’s one of the best, and one of the last of the early phono techs. Great guy.

Dwayne installed my two mainsprings in my spring barrels for the Magnola Talking Machine back in 1994. The machine has worked great with no problems since. Dwayne does good work and even made a spindle for my Talk-o-phone that I used to have that was perfect. 1994 is 26 years ago, a lot has happened since then, and if the mainsprings have worked great since then I can’t complain.
