Here is an Original Exhibition Longthroat Reproducer which has had the addition of an AUTOMATIC NEEDLE CLAMP, (A Spring Style Needle Chuck). This was an option which dealers sold to make changing needles easier.
I have owned several of these thru the years and most seem to have wear and don’t hold the needle very well, but this one is the exception, as it holds all but the finest needles FIRMLY!
The reproducer has been completely rebuilt and sounds awesome.
