I used to own a Junior Monarch from around 1905-06 that had exactly the same horn- colour & all, so it is totally correct for this machine as I've seen others from 1913/14 with the same colour green too.
Even with just the right horn & a clean, the machine is looking awesome already!

As far as I'm aware the Junior Monarch was sold with either a Morning Glory horn or a wooden horn. Now, this is where it gets interesting; unlike the similarly sized Intermediate Monarch which was always supplied with the SMALL M.G. horn OR small size wooden horn, the Junior appears to have been sold with the LARGER equivalents. So that M.G. horn needs to be the larger 21" diameter type to be 'right'?
