This is a fairly good one sided 8 inch Victor record from May 1907. A very representative of the coon and minstrel songs of the day. I find it interesting as it is a rather rare 1907 8 inch record. I have a few others but this one is in better shape than most others. The beginning of 7 and 8 inch records tend to be really worn from the front mount machine they were played on in the 1st decade of the 20th century.
One more tiny detail about this record that I found when cleaning it is in the runout of the record at about 4 o'clock is the remains of words written into the original wax master. The remains of "d You" from the title shows. Just below that is what looks like the end of something else. Maybe "ns" for Collins. I am not sure.
