Horn Identification

Hi, Can anyone help re the right hand horn in the pictures, shown next to a normal 10" Columbia for comparison? As you can see it is about an inch shorter but has a bigger diameter. I assume it is a repro someone made to their own design but it has some age. Was there ever a horn of this shape / size or is it just a work of fiction ?
