Here is another machine that you don’t come across very often.

Re: Rare Victrola Revere on Facebook Marketplace, Marblehead
If anyone is interested, this machine is mine and am looking to sell quickly. Moving to a new house in Marblehead and it does not fit. Willing to ship as well.
Thanks!

Price? That would be an expensive piece to ship. Would you crate it?

I’ll bet it will be able to get to Union very easily, because you are taking a machine from me to Union for the seller!

I'm asking $500. It wouldn't be terribly expensive to ship. I use an app called UShip that is reasonably priced and you can ship all over the country.

Someone who had one of these told me they sound pretty good if you have a hard floor as the horn points downward. I saw one at Union some years ago.

They sound great. While most orthophonic machines are quite directional for the highs, this one bangs it downward onto the floor and gives a most effective wide dispersal. Some folks put a mirror or other hard reflective surface underneath, tilted at an angle to push the sound laterally into the room, which I’m sure also works well.
