Is there a way to repair a cylinder record if it’s cracked all the way across?

Celluloid - no.
Wax - sort of, but it will still click and is really only done for very valuable cylinders as a last resort. Search the board for "cylinder doctor" and you'll get some info about techniques, as well as info on the one guy who does it well.

repairing a wax cylinder with a tight crack cost me $92 and it sounded no better repaired than when cracked! tick, tick, tick.
