Modern chocolat records

Recently someone posted about the legendary 5" old chocolate records and the toy gramophone trip play them. Similar to the K&R old Berliner invention.
But this is different, a modern artist creating music on playable chocolate records that can be eaten out after 10 plays, as a multi-sens experience.
I wonder how one can lick the chocolat gunk off the stylus after those 10 sweet plays...!
