Yes nineteen thousand. Most countries use periods and commas in numbers backwards from our system. We are the "odd" ones.

As cool as that is, they are reaching for the sky. It is cool but the fact that this trunk isn't monogrammed nor has the damier pattern limits the collectibility IMO. Yes it is cool for the provenance, but not 19k cool. Id say closer to 5-10K.

I have a very similar cylinder case and it a lot cheaper.

Odd they don't show a full close up picture of the label , which looks very white for a 110 years old paper item
