UPDATE: Upcoming Wayne NJ Show

Post by rgordon939 »

Just spoke with the people at the Wayne NJ PAL building. They said all events are canceled and the building is closed until further notice. So I guess we will just have to wait and see when they open back up.

I just checked the official website and the next show listed is October. I guess that settles it.

We will miss everyone that could have attended the Wayne Mechanical Music Extravaganza.
We send our best wishes to all our Canadian and European friends, hoping they stay healthy. Everyone’s lives have been disrupted by COVID-19, but we look forward to October 11th and thank Michael Devecka for his work in putting the show together.

This is a great opportunity to work on machines, play favorite records and organize our collections.

Stay well and healthy and hope to see many of you at the Union Show in June. :)

Just wish Mike Devecka had been more forthcoming with the status of the show. He certainly could have sent an email or text to the people who setup regularly at the show as he has all our information.

I could not have said it better. I can't make Union as much as I wish I could. See you all in the Fall!

To put it into perspective, if this is the worst that happens to any of us, we should consider ourselves very fortunate. May we all live to congregate another day.

Agree. Stay safe!

Things are looking shaky for Union also as the mayor of Chicago and the Governor of Illinois have issued "shelter in place" orders beginning tomorrow.

Shelter in place will be in effect for all of Illinois starting tomorrow evening. Still, Union is a ways off. Think happy thoughts.
