FOUND-Late VV-VI tabletop hinge needed - pic added

Need one door hinge for a VV-VI tabletop sn 46,000 to get it finished. Anyone have one laying around?

Forgive my ignorance... I believe that type of hinge is unique from the top of the door to the bottom. Correct? Would they be flip flopped from the left or right door? Is the photo the exact one needed? Does this hinge also have a part that limits how far the door will open?

I don't have anything with that type of hinge around here, but I think they can be flipped to fit both sides and top/bottom. I had a VV-IV that used those but I sold it a few months ago.

For this model all four hinges are the same. No limiter on top or bottom.
