I did not want to highjack the Okeh Laughing Record thread. Reading it however reminded me of some of the funny records I have come across.
There is of coarse the 1904 Norwegian recording of Henry Klauser, who was (according to the label) celebrated in every European court. I have had a copy for many years:

On the odd ball side, most of you must of heard Le Petomane (Joseph Pujol) famous at the Moulin Rouge? Pujol first came to my attention as a result of the 1970's film starring Leonard Rossiter.

He supposedly made a recording in 1904 for Odeon. (I think it was later). There is a film of Le Petomane attributed to Edison from about that time which I have wondered about its authenticity. He was such a star performer at the Moulin Rouge that it could be genuine. I have linked to a You Tube posting of the Odeon record linked to the purported Edison film of Pujol in the recording studio. I hope you are not blown away by this and when you recover please share your thoughts as to the genuinous of the film.

Re: Laughing and Unusually Funny Records
My old boss many years ago said he had an old record of Le Petomane that he and his University pals used to laugh at. He passed away around 15 years ago in his 70s so the time he was talking about must have been post war - maybe what he had was one of those party records rather than Le Petomane as such.
Quite by coincidence I've found myself uploading a number of laughing records in the last few days:
