WANTED: Edison Standard D cabinet

Looking for a good condition cabinet for an Edison Standard model D. Prefer one drilled for a cygnet horn. Will also consider just a lid if you have a spare.

I will buy or trade; I have a decent banner Standard A case I would swap. Other trades considered. Please PM if you can help.
