My first restoration Victor VV-VI

A VV-IV was my first phonograph. Yours looks like it may have been the rarer fumed oak version. Nice work on the restoration! Cheers, Russie

Thanks! This one was refinished darker with a lacquer finish. I kinda like it but I’d rather the original finish of course. Who ever refinished it even went over the governor control and the ID plate. The one good thing about that is that the wood is in pretty good shape and I kind of like the darker finish, makes it unique.
