HMV / Victor Gramophone motor no 17 lacks spindle gear ( Junior Monarch ? )

as found see pictures rusty condition spring offers resistance when wound but spindle doesn't turn governor spins freely

Item weighs nearly 3 kilos when packed , I will post worldwide BUT please ask postage cost before bidding
