After reassembly and test, the barrel ends seem to stay in place and aren't leaking. There is a bolt at the end of the shaft that when tightened pushes the barrels together and seems to keep them tight. Seems to be designed to not have the clips and no way to add them. I really don't like the old motors, the Burton (M240L & M440L) are so much better.JerryVan wrote:Jon,

Totally agree. The Burton motor, especially after they changed over to the bent hook in the outer end of the springs, is easy and fast to tear down and reassemble. Victor really scored with that motor.
