WANTED: Graphophone Lid Eyebolts

I need a pair of eyebolts used to mount the handle on the lid of a Type BC Graphophone. These may be unique to this model. They have a particularly long shank that measures more than 1 3/16". The typical lid eyebolt has a shank of only about ¾".
