I will include pictures as I get a chance but below is a video on my YT channel I recorded years ago that shows it playing. Feel free to skip past any extraneous stuff in the video as it was recorded almost 10 years ago when I was first making and sharing videos on my channel. It has all of its original lettered record boxes and pulls. There are scattered areas of sun fading of the original finish on the cabinet sides and a tiny piece of mahogany veneer missing on one edge of the top of the lid which can be easily replaced. Otherwise, this is a very decent completely original machine. I purchased it many years ago from the original owner's family. It would need to be picked up in NY state. I can provide specific details to sincerely interested buyers by PM. If you've been looking for one of these that is completely original to add to your collection this might be one to consider.
