Never saw one of those before. Is it enameled metal, cardboard, tin??? What diameter is it?

I believe it is missing the retaining ring which allowed the dealer to advertise the latest record. The ring had tabs which slip thru slits in the record and have hole to hold the ring on. The label on this one is damaged so I had one made at the local copy store.

I'm showing a 10 inch record for scale in my pictures. Yours is 29.5 inches in diameter so is the same size

V-38535 is a pretty rare record. I doubt I'll ever see one.
I saw the sign on Live Auctioneers and wondered why the middle was black.
Thanks for the education.

I do not know anything about signs, but I do like your setup. Good job on finding these rare artifacts.
