Real Phonograph Picture Picked Up Today

Probably the best I can do with a camera but I think it is a Victor Monarch? Any help would be appreciated. Picked it up about 100 miles from me at an antique store. It is from my home town. The family owned a cigar factory.

Yes, it appears to be a Victor Monarch (Vic-M, Type M). Hard to tell if it's the early case, it may very well be.
