I'm just going to add my admiration of that horn. It really is a work of art. I wonder how such an excellent wood grain effect was achieved?
I am interested in all forms of audio media including: gramophones, phonographs, wire recorders, the tefifon, reel to reel tapes, radiograms and radios.

Unfortunately, we will probably never know, since Danny never told anyone and took the method with him when he died... The horn itself gives some ideas about the method, but it would have to be experimented with...
