Friends, looking at pictures on the internet it seems some C200s had pinstriped bedplates and some do not. Early and late, later ones not striped?
Thanks!

Re: Edison C200 Pinstriped Bedplate?
As I discovered while researching the history and production of the C250/C19, by early 1917 Diamond Disc Phonograph motor plates had begun to be produced with no pin striping. There's a production date guide spreadsheet and "Key" at the APS website (see my links below) that illustrates this, and it can be assumed that the change affected all models - although there was presumably some lag time for exactly when this change would've been completed across all models, dependent on the sales of some models.Covah wrote:Friends, looking at pictures on the internet it seems some C200s had pinstriped bedplates and some do not.
