Keeping original brass insert in exhibition rubber flange

Have a number of these that require a new exhibition reproducer rubber flange. But want to keep the original brass inserts.Please, someone point me in the write direction. Much appreciated. Cheers Markie :)

Hi Mark,
Ron Sitko uses the old brass inserts when he has new rubber cast onto them. He doesn't have a website or email. Best to call him. His contact information is in the "Links" section.
