I am selling this spare copy of Victor 60044, Canadian issue, George M. Cohan himself singing (or sort of lyrically speaking) "I'm Mighty Glad I'm Living, That's All". There is some surface noise at the very beginning and then it quiets down. It continues throughout, but after the first ten seconds or so it is just normal surface noise. The voice and music is loud and clear. This title has sold in the last three or four years for anywhere from $85 to $171, so I am trying to get a fair price, but still come in on the lower end.
