Can anyone tell me if this is a record cabinet?

Someone in one of the FB groups I'm in posted this, asking what it was. It looks like a record cabinet (or at least a part of one) to me....maybe a home brew? Filing cabinet?

That looks exactly like the record storage inside my Columbia Nonpareil. If I had to guess it’s probably a Columbia record cabinet.
The inside of mine have paper dividers for records, but otherwise it’s exactly the same.
It’s a really beautiful cabinet
