Check out this cool looking Puritan phonograph

Found this on ebay, never seen one before, looks like an upside down Sonora baby grand. Ever seen one of these?

Nice style for a collector of different types of machines.

I tried to buy an oak example in Missouri a year or so ago. I was one call too late. They are really interesting looking machines and I would love to find a nice one someday. Preferably in oak.

Really cool for an off brand. Very funky design. It almost looks like something a really eccentric cartoon character would own.

I've seen them in person at Jasper's Victorian Palace and at the Union show.

I don't consider myself to be eccentric but I have one in oak. The oak ones are a bit hard to find.

So there are more of them out there than i thought. My wife saw the picture and thought it looked like a stove. The motor in the one i posted didn't look like anything to write home about, a 3 spring i think. Wonder if they used meisselbach like so many other non-victrolas out there?
By the way, that oak model restoration is stunning, very nice.
