Top Board Release Parts
Brake (two hole)

How long is the threaded portion of speed control. That part is common to many Victors and Victrolas. I bet one of us has one with the correct length with the knurled top.

Your top deck release is mostly there. All you need to do is find a short piece of steel rod of the correct size, cut it to length, round one end, and braze or weld the other end to what's there.
