SOLD- Early Columbia Favorite $450

Post by dzavracky »

I’m selling my early Columbia favorite. I know they aren’t the most sought after machines.
I’ve listed it locally, but wanted to put it here to see if anyone would have interest in it. I would prefer not to ship this (I am not even sure how I would ship the cabinet).

The motor runs nicely and I rebuilt the reproducer. It sounds lovely, and it can be really loud 8-)

The only problem is a previous owner put new knobs on the doors and ran the screws right through the wood. Photos below

Let me know if you have any questions

I would definitely be interested in this. But I am in Canada and the border closed to all except essential workers. I know this won't qualify. I wish there was a way around that.

If the border was open... how would I ship the whole thing up to Canada?

With great difficulty lol
I live just minutes from the Michigan border. I mail things to friends I have in Michigan then make a monthly trip to pick up. I've slowed down the shipments as I haven't been able to go over for the past 6 months.

I wonder if you had a friend who could keep the machine at his/her house until you could cross the border to pick it up?
