While going through some cylinders I found these dealer labels on some boxes. Also is a picture of the different types of Blue Amberol boxes. From top left to bottom right:
First style box no form number or date
Second style box with Form #475 June 1912
Third style box with Form #475 Dec 1913
Fourth style new style box with two color image of Edison
Fifth style box with single color of Edison
Sixth style box with drawing of Edison
Seventh style box no image of Edison and a price of .35 cents
Eighth style box same as Seven but no price on box

The Blue Amberols that I got from my late friend Jerry Donnell had Clarence's stamp on the boxes.edisonplayer.
