I really doubt that there is an "original" bracket specially made for this sign. I think it was made to hang from chains attached to whatever was available. The collectors I know who have one of these signs hang it with the the arched bracket that phonotom posted a link to...

I'd get with the eBay seller that Phonotom linked to above. I would bet that he could make a nice copy of that bracket.
