Model K Reproducer diaphragm Loop.

Hello all,
I’ve gone and done it... while trying to get my model K reproducer to play just right... the loop on the diaphragm broke. Does anyone know if replacement diaphragms are available and if not, would soldering or gluing the link be a safe way to fix it?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
