I’m looking for a copy of the book “Edison, Lambert Concert Records & Columbia Grand Records and related phonographs, or, "The 5-inch cylinder book". Also are the any discography’s of either Edison or Columbia 5” cylinders?

Also looking for “Edison Concert cylinder records: A catalogue of the series issued 1899-1901”.
