Looks like victor keys
I was looking on ebay for some door locks to fix a couple of doors on a project house and saw these on ebay. The keys look like victors

It's true they have the Victor "V" logo, but there are no grooves/cylinder spaces to lock or unlock a Victor cylinder. Maybe they could be used as blanks to cut a new key from an old one?
