Sorry but it is not the march of the fortune teller. The title struck me that is was from the 1898 Victor Herbert operetta "The Fortune Teller" and this is the March from it?

Was this the Charles Prince orchestra?

Sorry that was a typo on my part. It is the March from The Fortune Teller.
