Wanted: Two front knobs to Columbia Vivatonal model 711

Does anyone have spare knobs for the front record storage doors of a 711? I also need the two escutcheon screws for the side of the cabinet.

Did Columbia use these same knobs on other models I wonder?

It's probably the most common design ever used, so there's a good chance they were used on other models too.
Perhaps measuring the knob at its widest point might prove helpful too.
