WANTED: Silvertone Info and Reproducer

Post by Jwb88 »

Hi,

I'm working on restoring this machine for someone who has inherited it and wants to use it regularly. The reproducer is missing (one in second photo is a replacement of mine I'm using to test motor).

Anyone know what model this is and when it was made?

Does anyone have a correct reproducer for sale? Or, does anyone have a photo of the specific variation of Silvertone reproducer that this one used? I've noticed a few different ones. Any info on which one is historically correct for this model would be appreciated! Thanks!

Don't know the exact model, but the components are identical to the one I used to have -- circa 1920. It was fitted with this sound box, which should certainly be appropriate for that model -- https://www.phonographs.org/product/r-1 ... eproducer/

I had a little more time to do some Googling and found this --

(Click image to make it full size.)

Looks to be the Model H from 1920.
Hope this is what you need.
