Wanted: Edison Gem Model A Mandrel (Gem B Mandrel Might Also Work)

Post by FellowCollector »

I'm trying to complete this nice original Edison Gem model A and would be grateful to anyone here who has a mandrel (with its attached belt pulley and gear) to sell. Everything else is here - just need this to complete it.

Thanks, in advance.

Mandrels from Model A and B Gems are certainly interchangeable. The later Gems , model C onwards use a mandrel with slightly larger diameter mandrel-rod , so the later mandrels will not fit a Model A Gem. Regards Dulcetto
