For those who might be interested, I just listed a Lewis Phono-Metro-Phone on my TechnoGallerie website. The machine, pictured and described on pages 148-149 of Hazelcorn's Columbia Phonograph Companion, is seldom encountered, particularly with a Lewis record canister, which is included with it.
