For clarification, are these believed to be originals? If so, I will take one

A few years back forum member "Hailey" was selling the identical poster, and they were period originals. I bought several at the time, and expert opinion was that they were authentic. I don't know if perhaps you might do a search of the Y-T listings and find it?Mormon S wrote: Fri May 14, 2021 6:10 pm For clarification, are these believed to be originals? If so, I will take one

Re: GRAND GRAPOPHONE TALKING MACHINE ADVERTISING POSTER
I am certain that the ones I have are originals. Mine are printed on a very thin, pink paper. I think it likely that yours are originals too.
As a general rule, you may be able to discern an original print from a reproduction by examining the paper on old prints versus originals. Also you can look at it with a loupe to see whether the image is made up of tiny dots, which may indicate a phonographic reproduction. (I'm not specifically talking about this particular print because I do not know if reproductions of this were ever made.)

Great poster but it's for a Graphophone not a Grapophone.
Best wishes, Jerry B.

Hello, all. Wondering if anyone else bought one of these posters and, if so, have you received it yet?
