Having trouble with motor brand/ manufacturer
Good day to all, I am having trouble finding what type of motor this is. The drum with the X on it has a busted spring. I am fairly new to the phonograph game. The motor is out of a Stradivara model 95, that I do know. Aside from motor I.D. where is a reliable source for parts? I am fishing for any and all help and/or advice y'all are willing to give.

Re: Having trouble with motor brand/ manufacturer
It looks like Heineman motor #77, Stradivara didn't make their own parts, they outsourced the mechanical components to a supplier company.
When the major phonograph patents expired in 1916 almost every business in America jumped into the phonograph market. Between 1916-1924 there'd be over 400 phonograph brands in the US alone, most being supplier brands. Where a company made the cabinet but out sourced the mechanical parts to another company. You'll find hundreds of off-brands that used the same mechanical parts(Yes hundreds.) So they're fairly easy to run across. If the spring is broken, you can get a generic same length spring with the hook design that most off-brands of the period used to replace it.

Re: Having trouble with motor brand/ manufacturer
First off I want to say thank you. I have found enough information to know for sure now that this is the 77, and I am currently waiting on a new spring. Thank you for your time, And y'all can absolutely expect to hear more from me.
