Hey! Good night all!!
Would you please be kind enough to look at this machine and tell me your opinion on whether it may be genuine?

I don't see things like the stamp, plus the metal plate it has seems different to others I've seen. Nonetheless, I'm no expert to determine whether it could be a variant or a fake.
THanks for the help,
Jose

I hope you weren't the buyer, but if so, open a dispute with eBay/PayPal...

Hey guys!!
Thank you very much for your responses.
Bad thing is that I'm the buyer
Didn't do my research on time.
Good thing is that your quick replies allowed me to act fast and a dispute is now open!
Many thanks for your help!

Re: Berliner 1894 Gramophone
The seller was told by many people that this was a fake and did nothing to adapt the description. Kind of fraudulent! on the other hand the person may have thought he had the hottest phonograph of the century and people were saying it was fake just to keep the price low!!
However its very easy to do proper due diligence!
I've now got to sell some Roman coins. they are very old, most are dated on the coin with 83 BC.....

83 BC, huh? I guess someone had a crystal ball or some really good foresight to stamp that date...Sidewinder wrote: Wed Jun 30, 2021 1:48 pm I've now got to sell some Roman coins. they are very old, most are dated on the coin with 83 BC.....![]()
