FOR SALE: Rare Machine VICTOR A - $4500

Post by Ripduf1 »

Attached you will find pictures of a Victor “A” I am selling. Serial #7464. Johnson New Century Reproducer original “flat seam” zinc bell horn. The machine is original and all came together. I had to find the correct horn for it. This is a fine example of a rare machine.

Items to note: Wood parts refinished, when I got it had a 19” Victor horn on it with a counter balance weight screwed to the arm just above the reproducer. I removed it and filled the holes (see pic) it also had a hole drilled through the arm near where the horn bail is attached. I filled and colored (see pics). The brake has been repaired as seen in the first picture below and works perfectly. The zinc bell has a concentric split that is about a half inch from the rim and about 3” long, It is nearly invisible after I rolled it.

Reproduction parts: Elbow and crank. Felt has been replaced with vintage felt.

I am selling this hard to find machine for $4500 plus shipping. I can meet you for delivery at the Labor Day Stanton Auction Hastings MI Sept 2nd.

LMK if you want any specific photos taken of this hard to find complete machine. Please call, PM, text to purchase or ask questions.

Very Nice and Rare Victor. I have only had two of these in almost 40 years of collecting. The last one I saw at the Union Show was much more than this one.
