FOR SALE: 1946 Seeburg “Trashcan” Jukebox - $2500

Post by EdisonWizard »

Very nice 1946 Seeburg Trashcan, everything works as it should. Has been cosmetically restored on the outside, and amp/selection unit recapped inside. Plays 78s of course, and accepts coins. Beautiful when on with a red glow, and sounds as good as it looks. Pickup desired but delivery can be available depending on how far. Rolls so picking up on it not needed. Videos and more pics can be sent on request. Price negotiable as well.

Back in 1984 I paid $3500 for one of these, but not nearly as nice as Brett’s. Unfortunately I had to move it several times from NY-NJ-PA-FL and after several moves in FL it still worked perfectly but I figured my luck would run out and I sold it. What a fun piece, though, and certainly unique looking!

Brett’s restorations are thorough and correct. This is no exception.
