Roger, It's curious, as I had the pleasure of knowing you personally in 2019 clpgs centenary, how our faces grew bigger and older, but the recognizable face is therein, the very same face! :D

In this picture, the fellow on the far left is Rick Wilkins. The fellow on the far right is Jerry Madsen:

This thread would be a sobering revelation to some in the Facebook crowd whose self-worth appears to be based on what they own and publicizing it. These 40 year-old pictures show outstanding collections...yet their owners are nearly forgotten.

I wonder where some of those machines are today.

Boy, this picture takes me back:

Two or three large tents like this set up behind the original building (later converted into the restaurant), and all stuffed with phonographs and records. It took about 90 minutes to make a circuit. Those were the days!

I really wonder who this was. That's an original Edison Parlor Model tinfoil. There were no replicas back then. I wonder where that one is today? Plenty of other treasures there as well.

Here are a few pictures of phonograph and record collectors from a few years ago that some may enjoy seeing. One is Al Gerichten from whom the late Ron Sitko obtained much of his large inventory of parts many years ago (according to a conversation I had with Ron perhaps 25 years ago).

Here is the link if anyone would like to see a few other pictures: https://timbrooks.net/wp/collectors-of-the-1970s/
