I know.... this is about as rough as it gets. And, it isn't worth a lot. BUT, this may be a great opportunity to try your hand a veneer replacement/restoration. It has a tone arm, grill, and motor - so there is a little value there.....

The quartered oak will look incredible if someone was to buy & refinish it and the style is nice--little nod to Victrola with the curved legs but the grill would be right at home as ironworks on the Paris "Metro"/subway stations.
