FS Victor Brass Orthophonic Reproducer $275.00 (sold)

For Sale: Nice Victor Orthophonic Brass Reproducer.
Looks to be an oxidized bronze version but don't know
what it came off of. I have not tried to clean this one
up. Does play nicely. $275.00 Merry Christmas!

the back has the correct incised lettering for brass, but should't the front have 7 rather than 9 teardrops? I thought the latter typically indicated pot metal.

There are 7?
7 means brass, not to mention the letters on the back are stamped not raised.

No need to get agitated. I am confused as well, because I only count 7 tear drop holes on the pictures posted. Am I missing something?

Lol that's funny. No thi I a nice Brass reproducer for sure, can have to many of these. I have 1 an. Few nice pot metal ones, but they have to be good and tight, brass can be re done easily if need be
