Beautiful machines Wayne! Thanks for sharing! Here is the paper with some modest repairs to it. I've removed the penciled serial number and repaired the area where the price would be also hand written in. hope others can use it too!

Forgot to mention, if you wish to print these off using your favorite print tools, the correct size for the image is 4.146" x 3.000". Or 398 x 288 pixels.
