Hello,
I have decided to take on the restoration of a lovely European horn and I am looking for inspiration and assistance. As you can see this one is a prime candidate for repainting but there are no hints on what the original colour scheme was.
General google search was less than helpful so I was hoping some of the European Gramophone collectors may have a suggestion or photo or two to help.
Thanks and Merry Christmas
Bruce

Re: European Horn Advice
James,
Your research demonstrates that no mater how many times one looks on the internet there are always new avenues to explore and treasures to find.
Thank you for the leads, I have just spent the better part of the morning going down several rabbit holes and have found some great horn ideas and potential contact leads.
All the best and Merry Christmas
