As the Subject says……

I always attempt to maintain an original look……. Like “the Fenman” used to say, “it should look like it was well looked after, not shiny new.”

Not surprising, very nice. I agree, antiques shouldn’t look new. I go for minimal restoration too. To me, that looks perfect.
