Post by Ole Canal Antiques »

I'm guessing it plays two different kinds of records?? I do have a Brunswick that i believe has one of the same reproducers on it?

Very nice buy! Yes this is a Brunswick Ultona reproducer and it is meant to play actually three different types of records. On one side you have the Edison diamond disc stylus and on the other side you have the 78rpm record needle holder and the Pathé stylus holder (sticking out of the needle bar). This reproducer would be rotated to play the different types of records.

Sounds like you got a very good deal.

I'm curious about the threaded fitting ( almost looks like a pipe nipple )...

Is this common for a Brunswick arm ?
